4.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to claims of unwanted pregnancy, arising out of or related to the use of the App.
4.2. In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the App.
